Our Mission

Oxygen specializes in the development, manufacturing, sales and distribution of environmentally friendly, technologically advanced pure electric and hybrid-electric powered lightweight (LEV) vehicles. Oxygen’s products are an appropriate solution for both cost-conscious and environment-conscious fleet operators and commuters. Our products are fun to ride and easy to operate, have virtually zero operating and maintenance expenses, are quiet and promote a clean environment. To date, 4,000 motor scooters and 12,000 electric bicycles have been sold to selected markets, primarily in Europe.
