Oxygen has partnered with Kinetek Inc. (USA), Valence Technology Inc. (USA), and Peugeot Motocycle (PMTC), PSA Group (France).

Kinetek has signed an exclusivity agreement with Oxygen for the 2 and 3-wheel light electric vehicles market.

In July 2007 Oxygen signed an agreement with Peugeot a subsidiary of the PSA Group. Oxygen will benefit from PMTC’s large production capacity, large mechanical engineering pool and an established relationship with components suppliers. With 1,200 employees and two modern, highly productive plants located in eastern France, Peugeot received ISO 9001 quality certification in 1996, which was renewed in 2004.

These partnerships have allowed Oxygen to introduce a new generation of products with greatly improved performance levels and reduced costs. Oxygen and its partners have invested significant resources in co-development and marketing the new family of products.

Oxygen vehicles are assembled and tested at our partner Peugeot Motocycle plants in Belfort, France. All components are sourced from outside suppliers and an integral part of the Company’s product development strategy has been to develop a partnerships with a network of high class suppliers including Kinetek Inc., Valence Technology and PMTC.
